For the city dweller the experience is relief at finding absolute peace, some may experience worry that the cottages are isolated but take heart in being able to see nature as its intended. The stars are visible at night due to the lack of light pollution and for the absolute chill out the cottage cannot be beaten. The cottage is well equipped, clean, the beds are very comfortable and the owners are available should there be a problem. Many local walks and places to eat. Halesworth is ten minutes away for any shopping/motor fuel you may need. For those that want a rural holiday, it is the ideal location. Mr. M, RAMSGATE, Kent 13 March 2011
A very good 'away from it all cottage' yet close to all amenities. Lovely walks from the doorstep, ideal for dogs as garden fully enclosed. Mrs C, Forest Row, East Sussex 24 August 2010
It's unusual to find a property so well equipped, with just the right amount of utensils, e.g. in the kitchen, including a sharp knife and scissors! All well ordered and laid out, so we could find everything we needed.
The owner was particularly welcoming and helpful. Mrs T, Dartford, Kent 15 September 2009
Because it was a comfortable, spacious, well equipped cottage, and had lovely views across the fields.
Ms H, BELPER, Derbyshire 01 September 2009
This cottage was ideal for us as it was baby friendly. We found the location very quite and relaxing with lots of Suffolk attractions easily accessable. We would highly recommend this holiday. Mr S, NEWARK 03 August 2009
For a comfortable and quiet location in a rural setting, but with easy access to an interesting region, this cottage is perfect. Mrs D, Newport Pagnell 24 October 2008
After trying many places for holidays with 2 dogs, we have now hit the jackpot. If you want to relax in a beautiful location, peace, quiet, walks, lovely hosts, then you are in the right place. I couldn't recommend it highly enough, though don't all book as we want space to go again and again. On second thoughts, you won't like it. Mrs A, Shropshire. 18 July 2008
A very peaceful setting in which it is impossible not to relax, the surrounding countryside and villages are pretty and the cottage was clean and comfortable too. Mr H, Hereford, Herefordshire 09 May 2008
Vale Farm Cottages always give the best of welcomes. The owner is always on hand should a problem occur, and the nearby farm will provide the best of beef products and pies! Mr M, Monkton, Kent 07 March 2008
An excellent cottage with all the mod cons. A very peaceful location but still close to the beaches 10 out of 10 ! Mrs M, Reading, Berkshire 31 August 2007
This was our second visit after 3 years, and the standard of cleanliness and decoration was still as good. Excellent for our disabled/elderly relative and lively springer spaniel! Mr H, Leicester, Leicestershire 29 June 2007
